I have been with Neves since January 2015 after completing both my Undergraduate degree in 2013 and my Masters in Law in 2014. I started in the role of administration assistant, moving to become an assistant in the company commercial department, and I am now an Executive in the Dispute Resolution team.
Neves have always supported my professional development. I studied for my LPC on a part-time basis, alongside working full-time at Neves and I am now undertaking my qualifying employment to become a Chartered Legal Executive through CILEx.
I am currently assisting several private landlords, both commercial and residential, in relation to a variety of disputes they have with their tenants. In addition to this, I deal with debt recovery cases, where I act for either the debtor or the creditor in relation to the dispute. I also assist the rest of the team with other disputes where necessary.
During my spare time I like to go to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and dancing around the kitchen whilst cooking.
I have used Neves previously for a number of transactions and recently I used their services for a possession order regarding a property. I had the pleasure of liaising with Charlotte Clements during the situation. We were let down by the restrictions of Covid19 but Charlotte went out of her way to make the transaction a lot easier. The pricing was given to us from the start and what I appreciated the most was the transparency and honesty from Charlotte. She kept us updated throughout the whole process; albeit we hit a few hurdles due to a very difficult tenant. We have today gained possession of our property via the High Court and are extremely grateful to Charlotte and Neves for all their efforts, support and help during what was a very difficult and stressful time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neves to anyone looking for a professional and efficient service. Charlotte is definitely an asset to the firm. Thank you again - an extremely satisfied client.
