I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2010 with BA (Hons) in Law with Business before attending the University of Law to complete the Legal Practice Course. I worked as a Paralegal at Hertfordshire County Council before commencing my training with Longmores Solicitors. I was admitted as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Neves in 2017.
I have acted for and assisted clients in share and asset acquisitions and disposals and other company law matters. I have experience in preparing and advising upon articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, limited liability partnership agreements, partnership agreements and other forms of constitutional documentation.
I also advise clients on a variety of finance documentation, including loan agreements, debentures and personal guarantees.
My most favourite times are on holiday and when engrossed in a good read. I enjoy most sports, especially football and boxing and regularly participate in endurance events. I completed the Tough Mudder challenge on two occasions in the space of 8 months.
