I have specialised in commercial property matters since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.
Prior to joining Neves in March 2021, I worked for another prominent Hertfordshire firm of solicitors and gained considerable experience acting on a variety of commercial property transactions.
I have advised buyers, sellers and lenders in relation to a variety of commercial property transactions.
Whilst I have broad experience of commercial transactions including acquisitions, disposals, finance and re-finance and landlord and tenants matters, my particular interest and experience lies in the field of development.
I enjoy providing pragmatic commercial advice in relation to various residential, commercial and mixed use schemes acting for developers and landowners ranging from sole traders to PLC’s.
I’m usually kept busy away from the office with the ever-increasing demands of my one-year old son, Harry.
I enjoy cycling and running within the Hertfordshire countryside, and generally spending as much time in the outdoors as possible.
I also find myself a very isolated Hertfordshire based supporter of ‘The Posh’ – Peterborough United Football Club!
Much has happened over the past 12 months’ since Boris Johnson announced the UK would ‘Build, Build, Build’ following the setting out of some of the most radical planning reforms seen since the rebuild following the end of the second world war.
