Katy Williams has recently joined Neves Solicitors as Senior Associate in Commercial Property. 

Katy has specialised as a Commercial Property Solicitor since qualifying in 2004. She has acted for individuals, varying size businesses, owner managed companies, local authorities, land owners, lenders and corporate trustees in dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, commercial leasehold arrangements and the regulation of landlord and tenant relationships, property secured borrowing, private pension scheme investment property, telecoms and utilities, property aspects of business re-organisation, development and renewable energy projects and HS2 related matters.

Having originally started her career in Nottingham, she worked in a leading multi-regional city law firm for several years before relocating in 2012. Katy has since headed up the commercial property department of a reputable local high street practice, predominately serving clients in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire whilst gaining and retaining a client following in other parts of the UK.
