Neves Solicitors are strengthening their expert Private Client Team with the appointment of Senior Associate, Mark Stevens, who will be based at the Harpenden office.

Mark is a specialist Private Client solicitor who qualified in 2007. Mark has built up expertise in a number of Private Client areas, including:

• Probate and Estate Administration Services of taxable and non-taxable Estates
• Applications for Grant of Probate/ Grant of Letters of Administration
• Powers of Attorney and Capacity Issues
• Registration and advice on Enduring Powers of Attorney

• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Care Fee Funding
