Neves Solicitors has expanded their Company Commercial specialist team with the appointment of Kim Sayer.

Kim Sayer has joined as a Company Commercial Solicitor, working alongside the firm’s Joint Managing Partner and Head of Company Commercial Law, Stewart Matthews.

After working in Milton Keynes for a number of years, Kim worked at a national firm in London, specialising in contract, commercial and healthcare law.  She has spent the last few years developing a full commercial offering at a local firm before joining Neves to expand the Company Commercial Department.

Kim works with clients ranging from Local Authority bodies and large companies, to small businesses and sole traders.  She is experienced in all areas of commercial law - in particular protecting the interests of owners, companies and businesses by putting in place robust agreements between shareholders or partnerships; franchising, service, supply and licencing arrangements; sales and purchases; as well as terms and conditions.  When advising her clients Kim believes in the importance of understanding the realities of their business alongside the legal requirements, taking a pragmatic approach to achieve desired outcomes.

Kim also has a keen interest in data protection/GDPR, policy making and the ongoing impact this has on her clients, especially those in the education and healthcare sectors.
