Diversity data
In 2011, the Legal Services Board published their decision paper on increasing diversity and social mobility in the legal workforce. This requires solicitors, such as Neves, to ensure that a comprehensive evidence base about the diversity characteristics of the legal workforce is available.
As a result, legal firms are required to collect report and publish workforce diversity data about the diversity make-up of their workforce.
Neves have taken part in a full firm diversity report to comply with the new guidelines, which is available upon request.
