Here at Neves Solicitors, playing an active role in the local community is very important to us. We’re proud to support many local organisations, charities and initiatives which are helping to enhance the lives of people living across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Members of our staff often get involved with our efforts by holding additional fund raising events.
Below are some examples of the work we are doing in the local community…
Neves has several connections with Wiilen Hospice. We are members of the Willen Hospice Business Club and take part in the Willen Hospice Will Writing Month.
Members of staff have held events to raise funds for the charity and we entered a team into the 2019 Willen Sports Day competing against other business in a old style school sports day event.

We have also funded an entire team for one night meaning patients and their carers can receive a visit from Rennie Grove Hospice Care nurses 24 hrs a day.

The Love in a Bag concept is simple; find a handbag, manbag or rucksack that you no longer use, fill it with essentials such as shampoo, deodorant etc... and it will be distributed to men and women in crisis.
Love in a Bag Bedford collates and distributes the bags to many local charities. over the festive season. In 2018, 646 people received filled bags and over 16 charities benefited, including Bedford Women's Refuge, YMCA, The Asian Women's Foundation, Charis House, The King's Arms Project and The Salvation Army.
Members of Neves staff joined the 2019 campaign by donating bags filled with essential items and the partners also gave a generous donation enabling the firm to buy further toiletries and bags.
