Neves recently undertook our conveyancing and did an excellent job; the communication from Charlene Shillingford and her team throughout the whole process was top notch - I don’t recall being kept so up to date during the selling and buying of a house before. Queries were handled quickly and with the minimum of fuss, even when ‘the other side’ were being ‘difficult’. I’ve no reservation in recommending Neves. Lucy was recommended to us by a family member and was amazing throughout the process of buying our first flat in London. We'd heard lots of stories from friends of their solicitors being slow and hard to get hold off. Lucy was the complete opposite, always on hand to answer any questions we had (we were first time buyers so there were lots!). She was very responsive and worked quickly, always letting us know when we could expect the next stage in the process to be complete. She gave great advice on timing different elements of our move so we wouldn't be too out of pocket if something were to go wrong. We also felt she really had our best interest at heart, we had quite tough sellers and Lucy always made us feel protected so that we could make the right choices for us, not just giving into unnecessary pressure. When it came to exchange of contracts and she had some leave, she handed everything over to the senior partner who knew all the background and was able to handle everything without us needing to explain any details. Overall we couldn't recommend Lucy and Neves Solicitors more highly. We're now moved in and very happy with our purchase!

I just wanted to say thank you to Beth Woodward, who has kindly supported and guided me at every stage throughout my difficult post-divorce enforcement proceedings. The solicitor of the other side is from a small firm and he is willing to go very far to profit on the legal loopholes by using many dishonest tricks. While maintaining her own professional standards, Beth has adopted a highly cautious and tactful approach dealing with the situation. I am very happy with the final outcome we have achieved in the end and I would like to give 5 stars for the assistance I have received!

Lucy Madley and her team were excellent. She managed our property transaction, which was quite problematic at times, with skill, patience, empathy and thoroughness. She communicated extremely well and always responded to our emails and calls very promptly. Highly recommended!
