Here at Neves Solicitors, we have been collecting donations for the Love in Bag Bedford scheme.

The Love in a Bag project is now in its second year and has been set up to make a difference to local men and women in crisis over the festive season.

The concept is simple; find a handbag, manbag or rucksack that you no longer use, fill it with essentials such as shampoo, deodorant etc... and it will be distributed to men and women in crisis.

Love in a Bag Bedford collates and distributes the bags to many local charities. Last year, 646 people received filled bags and over 16 charities benefited, including Bedford Women's Refuge, YMCA, The Asian Women's Foundation, Charis House, The King's Arms Project and The Salvation Army.

Members of staff have joined in by donating bags filled with essential items and the partners have also given a generous donation enabling us to buy further toiletries and bags. 

We have had a mammoth bag stuffing session this morning!
