The Silsoe Stride took place on Sunday 30th June. Luckily, the weather had cooled down from the blazing temperatures of Saturday so it was a lovely day for the fun run.

Staff and their families took part in the races and also volunteered on the day. Jenny manned the cake stall and Yvonne and Beth ran the 5k. Beth's son & husband also joined in the race, with her son Jamie, taking 1st place in 18 minutes 🏆. Beth won the accolade of the 1st woman over 40 to finish! Yvonne ran with her daughter and niece and is apparently inspired to work up to her half marathon! 🏃
