Charlene Shillingford

I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2002 with a degree in Law and began working in conveyancing as an assistant in 2004. I began working at a local Firm in 2006 and commenced my training to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007. I became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2011.

Buying and/or selling a home can be an extremely stressful time but I strive to ensure that the process is as quick and smooth as possible by planning ahead to meet deadlines and managing expectations.

I am aware that communication between all parties is key to a successful conveyancing transaction and build a good rapport with clients in order to provide a personal and efficient service.

I enjoy reading, eating out and spending quality time with family and friends. When I am feeling energetic I like to play tennis and netball.
