I have specialised as a commercial property solicitor since qualifying in 2004. Having originally started my career in Nottingham, I worked in a leading multi-regional city law firm for several years before relocating in 2012. I headed up the commercial property department of a reputable local high street practice in Aylesbury, Parrot and Coales, before joining Neves in 2019. I predominately service clients in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire but I have also gained and retained a client following from other parts of the UK.

I have acted for individuals, varying size businesses, owner managed companies, local authorities, land owners, lenders and corporate trustees in dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, commercial leasehold arrangements and the regulation of landlord and tenant relationships, property secured borrowing, private pension scheme investment property, telecoms and utilities, property aspects of business re-organisation, development and renewable energy projects and HS2 related matters.
