Neves Solicitors are strengthening their expert Family Law Team with the appointment of Senior Associate, Heidi Fleming, who will be based at their Harpenden office.

Heidi specialises in family law and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2009. Heidi has expertise in all aspects of Family Law including divorce, nullity, unmarried couples, financial remedy, children disputes, relocation of children and injunctions. She has particular experience in financial provision for children and spouses and those that involve a foreign element. Heidi is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, Resolution and holds a Specialist Accreditation in Complex Financial Remedies and Children Law.

Heidi initially practised in Yorkshire and then overseas in Gibraltar where she was called to the bar in 2015. She relocated to St Albans in late 2016 and worked for a local firm as head of their Family Department before joining Neves on the 23rd September 2019 as a Senior Associate.
