Neves Solicitors are strengthening their expert Commercial Property Team with the appointment of Associate, Jay Gorasia.

Jay is a specialist commercial property solicitor who qualified in 2017. Since qualifying, Jay has built up expertise in many aspects of commercial property matters including:

• Commercial Property - New Leases and Renewals (acting for Landlord or Tenant)
• Commercial Property - Sales and Purchases
• Commercial Property - Refinancing
• Secured Lending - for both limited companies and individuals on BTL properties
• Providing Independent Legal Advice on Guarantees
