My career in Law started when I studied 'A' Level Law at Luton Sixth Form College back in 2008. I was not sure whether I wanted to pursue a career in Law but after scoring 99% in my final exam those doubts were quickly put to rest. I then went on to obtain an LLB Law degree from SOAS University of London in 2013 and in that very same week, I secured a week-long work experience at Neves.
My first role was as an office administrator. Through hard work and a genuine love for my job, I’ve managed to work my way up, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021.
I have a vast level of experience in dealing with standard and complex residential matters including sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold and new build properties, re-mortgaging arrangements and transfer of properties.
Some of my most notable transactions include dealing with a new build property in London valued at over £1 million pounds and dealing with another property outside of London valued in the region of £2 million pounds.
Building a strong relationship with the client is a key part of my work ethic. As such I have placed great value on communication and ensuring that I can aid my clients when needed.
I have made a conscious effort to go above and beyond with my clients and keep them well-informed of all developments as and when they arise.
I welcome the opportunity to provide all clients with an optimal level of service that has made me successful in my role.
I’m an avid sports fan and enjoy partaking in and watching football, mixed martial arts and cricket.
Great solicitors always keeping me up to date and providing additional support when necessary.
Thank you everything, also thanks to Haneef Khan for always answering a lot of my emails and being very helpful and informative on any matter I had a query about.
