We then give you legal advice about where you stand. You will want to know what the likely outcome would be if you decide to divorce or separate, and the possible pitfalls. We are often asked if there is anything that you should or should not be doing at this stage. We can give advice about this. 

We know that consulting a solicitor is a big step and that you may simply want to know your options. Knowledge is power and as your relationship unravels it is helpful for you to know where you stand legally. Your spouse may make threats or claim you do not know what you are talking about. Meet your solicitor 

A fixed fee meeting is also a way of meeting the solicitor who would be dealing with your case. You need to feel comfortable with your lawyer and able to trust her/him to be on the same page as you.

Our fixed fee for an initial 60 minute meeting costs £150 plus VAT.
